Living in a small town, I wasn't sure if there would be a community sports program. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they do! Ryan has always wanted the boys to be involved in many different sports so when basketball came around, we signed them up. Only problem was, there needed to be a volunteer coach and nobody wanted to do it. So rather than just not having a team this year, Ryan stepped up and volunteered. The boys loved having Ryan as a coach and even though we ended the season only winning one game, I could tell the boys learned a lot and had fun.
Yea for Ryan and how fun for the boys. We had Dalton do Jr. Jazz one season but he was pretty short and that made it difficult for him. He seems to do better with soccer, baseball and even flag football. I guess he has plenty to do!
Love that Ryan does that with his boys. That is so perfect. I hope someday Scott will teach Maddy how to skate and play a little ice hockey (for fun, not on a team!)
Hey this is Rob Bastian - I've been trying to get a hold of Ryan to have Brandon Cook tell him about his mission call - give us a call - we'd love to see how you all are doing!
I'm a mother to 4 beautiful children. I'm the wife to a wonderful husband. I'm a cleaning lady, chef, chauffeur, teacher, counselor and nurse all rolled up into one. But I'm happy and content. What more could I ask for?

That was a really selfless thing for Ryan to do and it looks like the boys had a lot of fun with it!
